Brief Description of Job: Working in partnership with the site foreman to oversee the day-to-day operation of the free-range enterprise. Overseeing robotic egg packing equipment. Maintenance of a clean and tidy site and facilities to a high standard. Inspection of birds. Recording of management data. Some evening and weekend inspection duties of flocks – on a rota. Assisting with the arable enterprise during busy periods (not essential).
